Start from scratch with planning
BraCom was founded in 2019 by Trine-Gisell Iversen and Hans Jørgen Bergur. Trine is a daily manager and has a background with extensive industry experience.
Hans Jørgen Bergur is a production manager at BraCom and is an engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the telecom industry. With an emphasis on streamlining work processes, he has worked at Telenor and later Relacom. Both Trine and Hans are passionate about efficiency and structured processes in the best possible way.
BraCom started cautiously at first and has since grown. They started with systems. Their first step was to implement a digital quality system tailored to their needs, and they were among the first in Norway to take this digital step.
Combining experience and innovation
At BraCom, they aim to bring together experienced professionals and newly educated engineers. This is the perfect combination of newly educated people who bring in new ideas, and experienced individuals who share their perspectives. This creates a good interaction between experienced and young talent. Many of the newly educated employees have gained valuable insight, and this has become an important part of BraCom’s commitment to growth and development.
