What is the difference between forms and checklists?

In short: forms are simpler and faster to use.

 

In some cases, you can use both parts, but the main difference is that checklists are predefined with checklist points that must be completed.

 

A form allows you to add descriptions and custom fields freely. Forms can also be built with repeating sections, where you can reuse fields multiple times within the same form.

 

Checklists are typically used in connection with a specific task, while forms can be created when needed for continuous registration, numbering, and dating.
